Midtown Loop, Cultural Center Edition
Marcus (Be There team) shared this with you
We couldn't confirm current hours or exhibit status for the Detroit Historical Museum, so this one leans on the neighborhood around it instead — Trinosophes for coffee and gallery walls, then Midtown's wine and dinner scene once the Cultural Center closes up for the day. Still very much a Detroit-institution kind of afternoon, just built on what's confirmed open.
1:00 PM
Trinosophes
1464 Gratiot Ave
Coffee plus gallery walls — good place to sit before heading into Midtown.
2:30 PM
Detroit Cultural Center Historic District
Walk the block the museum sits on — DIA and the library are steps away if you want to poke around further.
4:00 PM
Cata Vino
Intimate Spanish wine bar, easy for a slow glass before dinner.
Historic district first or coffee first?
