Nothing about tonight requires a reservation or a plan B.

Pink Tiles at Saint Andrew's, Then Cass Corridor After Hours

Saint Andrew's Hall gets LELO and Mastiff on the Pink Tiles Tour, and you'll want dinner close enough to walk it — Bookie's on Cass Ave fits the bill before doors. Tickets are required for the show itself, so lock those down first. After the set, SPKRBOX flips from coffee counter to techno room and keeps pouring until 2am.

SPKRBOX pours espresso by day before it flips into a late-night bar, which makes it the easiest possible opener — low stakes, good seats, nobody trapped. From there it's a short stretch along the river before Checker Bar's arcade gives you something to do with your hands besides worry about the conversation.

Firebird Tavern sits blocks from three stadiums and feels like it, all wood and jerseys and good bar food — easy first stop for a date that doesn't need a reservation. From there it's a five-minute walk to Checker Bar for pinball and a burger, then Cadillac Square Beer Garden if the weather's holding and you want one more round under the lights.

Day two trades bar stools for the Riverwalk — Eastern Market's Sunday stalls, then bikes and simulators at the Outdoor Adventure Center for anyone who wants to work off the sauce.
